Ras Pablo | Jamaican-Caribbean Cooking

Greetings in the name of the Most High. I introduce myself as Ras Pablo straight from Jamaica. I learned my cooking skills in the hills of Jamaica from my grandmother and grandfather. I moved to Montego Bay Jamaica and joined my uncle where I worked in various restaurants and a bakery where I developed a second cooking skill. My first stop in America was Los Angeles, CA where I opened a couple Jamaican restaurants until I moved to Sacramento, CA.

Now I have decided to show the people the skill that I brought from Jamaica so that they can use it in their home and amongst their friends. I put all my cooking secrets on DVD. I will teach you how to create Caribbean meals right in your own kitchen. It can be very educational to all who want to learn to cook the Jamaican meal.
